2. What data we collect and for what purpose
Contact form: full name, email address, optionally: company, phone number, and the content of your message. We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR — your consent and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries).
Cookies: We use technical cookies only (necessary for the site to work) and analytics cookies (only after consent). We do not use marketing or profiling cookies.
Server logs: IP addresses, browser type, and the date and time of the visit are recorded automatically solely to ensure security and the proper operation of the site.
3. Legal bases for processing
We process your data on the basis of:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent (contact form, analytics cookies)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry, site security)
4. Data retention period
Data from the contact form is stored until the enquiry has been handled and then for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn. Server logs are stored for no longer than 12 months.

- erase it (“right to be forgotten”)
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal)

6. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with entities supporting us in service delivery: hosting and IT providers, and providers of contact form tools. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless the provider ensures appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses).
7. Cookies — details
Necessary cookies: they ensure the basic functionality of the site (for example, remembering the cookie decision). They do not require consent.
Analytics cookies: they help us understand how users interact with the site. They are enabled only after consent is given.
